It is a community-based initiative to gift Cairns with a plant-based menu and workshops to bring health & well being to the planet and its people. At Lafew, we make health & well being a pleasurable experience.

We brew a unique boutique Kombucha, with many flavours to please your palate. You can enjoy a glass of kombucha, fresh and cool
'on tap' at the bar, or buy a bottle of your favourite flavour to take home. Our latest alchemical blend has the amazing health benefits of Turmeric & Chamomile. Together with herbal infusions which can be tailored to suit your needs to promote & maintain health.
We offer Devonshire Teas, smooth creamy organic espresso, decadent raw vegan living desserts. An extensive range of fresh organic leaf tea & divine chai latte made fresh daily with traditional organic spices. Activated in house nutmylks as an alternative to dairy.
We make food simple, organic & living - to support your body and bring joy to your emotions.
The Light-filled menu offers delicious joyful meals, served all day.
This living menu is vegan, vegetarian & gluten free. Featuring (among other things): salubrious salads, home cooked soup, Lafew club sandwich, Raw Pad Thai, glorious goodies, probiotic rich foods, seething with gut friendly bacteria, for good gut health.
